CRISPÍN WILL TEACH A WORKSHOP ON PERFORMING ARTS AT THE CENTRO CULTURAL DE ESPAÑA IN EL SALVADOR

AECID: Hello Crispin, it's an honor to have the opportunity to talk to you after your tour in Honduras. How do you feel after this experience?
C: Hello, it's a pleasure to be here. I feel very happy and grateful for the reception I received in Honduras. It was a very enriching and exciting experience.
AECID: What would you highlight about your show "Risapalabra, the Dream Troubadour"?
C: "Risapalabra, the Dream Troubadour" is a show that combines music, poetry, and theater in a unique sensory experience. It's a journey through imagination and emotion, in which I seek to convey a message of hope and love for life and the word.
AECID: Now you are going to teach a performing arts workshop at the Centro Cultural de España in El Salvador. What can we expect from this workshop?
C: The workshop I will teach in El Salvador is called "Secrets of a Troubadour: The Art of Storytelling; Techniques of Performance and Narration." It's an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with artists, actors, and storytellers in the region. For two days, we will work on performance and narration techniques to improve scenic expression and create more impactful stories.
AECID: What advice would you give to young artists who want to dedicate themselves to oral storytelling?
C: My advice would be to follow their passion and work hard on their art. Oral storytelling is a very ancient but also very alive and current form of art. There are many stories to tell and many ways to tell them. The important thing is to have a clear vision and a solid technique to be able to convey emotions and connect with the audience.

Es una oportunidad para compartir mis conocimientos y experiencia con artistas, actores y cuentacuentos de la región. Durante dos días, trabajaremos en técnicas de actuación y narración para mejorar la expresión escénica y crear historias más impactantes AECID: ¿Qué consejos le darías a los artistas jóvenes que quieren dedicarse a la narración oral? C: Mi consejo sería que sigan su pasión y que trabajen duro en su arte. La narración oral es una forma de arte muy antigua, pero también muy viva y actual. Hay muchas historias por contar y muchas formas de contarlas. Lo importante es tener una visión clara y una técnica sólida para poder transmitir emociones y conectar con el público.
