The public filled the auditorium of the museum house of Santa Colomba de Somoza and enjoyed the special intervention of the singer Virginia Mora. A very special musical tour of the spanish ballads that inspired Cervantes numerous scenes, paragraphs and dialogues, and that Dr. Michael Gordon of UNC Wilmington prologed with a master hand. The public cheered enthusiastically and was able to acquire this CD produced by ASP in the US.

The troubadour Crispín d'Olot will tour the courtyards during Friday afternoon entertaining with his music and his verse in this craft fair “which represents an opportunity to discover the beauty of the Patios Maragatos, which only open their doors to the public once a year during the realization of it, admire the traditional architecture of the region and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings ”, point out from the town hall.

Apart from the usual collaboration of my good friend Chimo Chornet Arenzana on guitars and Virgina Mora on singing, for this work I have the invaluable help of Michael Gordon of the University of North Carolina in the reviews and the essential collaboration of Rafael Osuba, director of the Quijote Festival and of Artistic Studio Project in the design. This is my most international work and I hope to present it in October in the USA.

Thanks to Miguel, sound technician for his invaluable support, to Isabela, the head of the IES Rosa Chacel music department, and by extension to all those who made this magical encounter with the music of El Quijote possible.

On Thursday, March 21, 2019, at the Casa de la Cultura de Colmenar Viejo, the exhibition LAS MUSICALES DE EL QUIJOTE is presented with two performances at ten and twelve in the morning to listen to the musical instruments of El Quijote .

Show performed at the Climate Interpretation Center of La Vid de Gordon within the cultural programming of ILC. In it I am looking for a reunion with the essence of my land and with the cultural heritage of my ancestors, opening from the particular / singular a bridge towards the universal / plural so that the whole world can participate.

Currently, Crispin d'Olot is in the preparation phase of a new CD dedicated to Don Quixote. All the cuts of the new album are finished (13 in total) and he hopes to be able to lunch it in October in the United States of America.

The days 18m 19 and 20 of last January there was a fantastic fair in the small town near Valencia called Alfafar. Many artists and numerous live workshops and crafts. I was lucky to have in my show with the participation of my great friend and collaborator Chimo Chornet an excellent guitarist neighbor of the said town.
